Bio: Kya Vaughn is a recent graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, (BS in Biology with an emphasis in Neuroscience and a minor in Writing). She is a prospective medical student with interests in the fields of neurology and orthopedics. In the future, Kya plans to continue writing alongside her work as a physician to bring awareness to issues and challenges in healthcare.
